Michael James Dorazio graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1992, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He received his degree of Juris Doctor in 1995 from the University of San Diego School of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1995 and the State Bar of Idaho in 1996, and remains active in both. As set forth in the firm profile and in his resume, his areas of practice include all areas of real estate, business, corporate and family law, and he brings a wide array of civil litigation and criminal defense experience to the firm.
